7yThanks for taking the time to write a review and we are sorry to hear your experience so far at SDL Group isn’t a positive one.
We are currently working hard to make improvements to create a more transparent culture. That’s why we have put measures in place to gather quarterly feedback from our people via a third-party survey provider.
We are committed to ensuring that all our managers are great leaders. As a result, we have a new robust leadership programme for our management population, that way we can be certain that our leaders are creating a great open culture for all our people.
