The income depends on the value of each contract.

I would say that the best reason to work at SDS Engineering is that it is located in a convenient location, although the office space is currently for sale.

This is a company comprised of one licensed engineer and three other persons, also doing business as Sole Design Services. I would select zero stars if it were an available option. I was hired by Andrew Solemani, the company President, as a Plumbing Designer on 5/31/2016. My first paycheck was returned by my bank because of Insufficient Funds on 6/22/2016. This happened again when two consecutive paychecks were returned for Insufficient Funds. Mr. Solemani, assured me that although he was unable to pay me the money owed me, due to company financial problems, he would do so as soon as he was able. I continued working for the company until 8/15/2016, the date that I was due another paycheck. On that date Mr. Solemani informed me that he was unable to pay any of the wages owed me but promised that he would pay me when he received payment from company clients. To date, I have not received any of the money owed me, unpaid wages for one hundred, ninety-two hours worked. Neither Mr. Solemani nor Mrs. Solemani, the business owner, respond to my emails or return my phone calls. If you are considering hiring this company for design services or considering employment with the company, I would highly recommend against either. In my three decades in the engineering field I have yet to come across a more deceitful and unethical group of “professionals”.
