SDV treats their employees really well. It’s a small business so everyone knows each other which is a bonus, you never feel like you’re not appreciated. The owner, Mike, is a really nice guy. Time off during holidays. Decent starting pay. Low stress job.

I don’t have any cons - this is a great place to work.

Management did not provide transparency with issues that directly impacted the employee. At times account management direction was limited or non-existent.
