Depending on the role or the contract, it might not be possible to work from home, and the safety of our employees is paramount - so if an employee can’t come in due to inclement weather they can use their PTO.

      Limited opportunities for professional development and technical growth. Management style were inconsistent, and remote work was not applied equally across teams. Office politics and workplace gossip often contributed to an environment that felt more focused on internal drama than collaboration and growth. Team culture could be challenging at times.
