Pros
The only pro to working at Secom is the friendships you make from the mutual hatred you share about the company. If you choose to work here, just use it as a stepping stone. Because you don't want to end up being stuck there.
Cons
There are many cons to working at Secom. I'm not even sure if I would be able to write them all down. The first con is that you are introduced to the company as being this progressive place where everything is set in stone and to expect nothing but the best. And sure enough the first few weeks/months fly by swimmingly and it does feel like a perfect place to work. But then over time, you start to realise everything that is wrong with the company. The constant backbiting, the co-workers that stab you in the back and send emails to your boss with every little mishap you make. What felt like a family in the beginning, suddenly turns into this whole mistrust. You're not sure who you can turn to. There's going to be plenty of people that act friendly to your face, but as soon as you're out of the room they turn into these vindictive people that pick at everything that you've done. And don't even trust HR. You can send a complaint to HR, but sure enough, the whole office will know about the complaint and who sent it. Nothing is private. You can't trust your boss, you can't trust your co-workers, and you can't even trust the HR team. This workplace will make you question everything you once believed in. Your best is not even acknowledged, and the people that get all the credit are the favourites.
