      Pros

      As a working parent, I have the flexibility in my particular role to manage my schedule around kid's activities and still complete my work. I can't say enough about the educational opportunities and the support I have in reaching my career goals. Most positions offer hybrid remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Would like to see more childcare/parent benefits but have a week of paternal leave and most supervisors are very supportive to new parents.
