Franchisee environment, many locations are independently owned and operated; Strategic Partners can be difficult to deal with; Antiquated software tracking/wms platform; some verticals (omni-channel, retail, big box) can be difficult as you are dealing with several owners/strategic partners. Favoritism among senior management and somewhat mismanaged communication as well as lack of understanding.
