Pros

BE AWARE! ...IF YOU THINK THAT YOUR LIFE IT´S OVER, THEN ACCEPT ANY JOB WITH THIS LOOSERS.

Cons

Everything it´s a CONS, this is a machine to destroy the employees and the human race. THE MANAGERS not even finish the school or highschool, no one with a minimum university degree to face any kind of challenge. SV´s are the MORE STUPID PEOPLE that you can meet in whole GERMANY, they are without education in all the ways, They search how to destroy you even if you are long time in the "company". They cannot speak any language in a right way, not even their own native language...THRILLER!!! ALSO they use the german laws to contract people for an x time and send them to home in a frame time that they will not become a legal problem...they are EVILS!!! The work conditions are imported from the 3rd. world back in the 60´s...TERRIBLE! ATOS is the Pimp of this "kind of prostitution´s company" -> which also work with NON-Minimum Educated Management team.(No Highschool degree by the managers) At the end your salary will be divided between SellbyHell, ATOS and at the end you receive your cents...

Pros

I had the ability to regularly communicate with the North American VP, so it was easy to communicate with him the things that I wanted and needed in order to stay content. Management is always very approachable. Some of my colleagues were very unhappy but I believe that you need to be vocal from the start about your goals and they will be clear on how much they can help you achieve them. Mgmt does try and create a good work environment and create a real team atmosphere for its employees.

Cons

Workplace politics can sometimes get in the way. Many of the positions that they offer can become dull after a few months, so it can sometimes be hard to stay motivated. They need to get better about offering growth opportunities to quality employees. In my time here, I saw a lot of very talented people come and go because they did not feel valued.
