      Pros

      Love working at Semafo. Good perks and team, there's parking space. Summer schedule recently implemented to balance work/personal life, so people only work half days on Fridays from June to September. Always manage to respect their yearly bonus promises.

      A bit old school.

      Pros

      I have always love to find myself in a challenging mining industry where my knowledge acquired as a Geologist will be put to work in solving critical problems and i see your reputable company which Semafo Inc. as one of such.

      Cons

      Now about to enter, In that case,i have no downsides at the mine but i believe will get to know that later when i am employed. Thank you
