Co workers, pay, PTO, and paid holidays. Benefits are good as well. The team really is solid.

This is my experience: High turnover. Leadership is not flexible and will micromanage. Was provided no training and will expect you to be an expert. No room for any mistakes big or small even if you are new. Mistakes (even when they are fixed) will be brought up in reviews. Horrible time management and will pull you from your desk all day for meetings without allowing you to get your work done or take a break.
