      The Operations Lead is completely clueless. A terrible leader and bad at communicating. He will one day run the company to my to the ground with bad decisions.

      Fast pace working environment, I gained domain knowledge on shipping and freight forwarding.

      Cons

      No structure, CEO handles the business and management side of the company, unrealistic deadlines, you can be owed salary for months. It's not a good place to work if you have options.
