None what so ever! At all

Always pay wrong. Despite being charged a £15 admin fee every week, you have to chase for payments to made correctly or even at all! And it's a constant thing not to get invoices, again you have to constantly request them. You could be called in at 8am to start loading, but left sat around till 1pm, yet still expected to take out 160-225 parcels! You are charged £25 for every concession/complaint made by customers, which when you are delivering 1000-1200 a week its going to happen! Even if you know you delivered that parcel and the customer blatantly lied, thats if you are ever given chance to defend yourself against the complaints which you are rarely if ever offered! The two days training- for which you are not paid for- requires you sitting in a van and watching someone drive and deliver for two days, as the drivers are so overburdened with deliveries there is no way they have time to teach and deliver! The equipment-dora-is substandard and alays breaks down, you are then told you must use your phone-using your own data for which you are not paid! You are promised a bonus, but there is always a reason that you dont get them! I am still owed my bonuses from christmas, just get told in two weeks it will be sorted! STEER CLEAR PLEASE!!

There is no pros whatsoever

Treats you like a dog. Too much racial discrimination. Never pays you right. Don't even think of getting paid for the last month you work. Dodgy jobs goes on inside like stealing parcels. List can go on but not even worth my time.
