All their offers and advantages that are given to the new or possible employees are only lies, because everything is only verbal, and until you will see everything on paper, a lot will change for company benefit ( nothing will be respected from the promises that they made ).
Don't trust the company, and avoid any contact, because after you sign something, and you are not agree with them, they will suggest to you in a diplomatic matter, that "IF YOU DON'T LIKE, YOU CAN QUIT"
