Pros

There are many opportunities to pick up open shifts at other sites and build overtime. Theres also two bonuses every year. You build a strong relationship with the residents and see the difference you make to help them in their journey.

Cons

Pay isn't enough for the amount of work that is done. Depending on the site that you are at, you may feel overworked because of the caseload vs the number of available staff. In order to leave your shift you need to be relieved by an incoming staff. If that staff is running late or calls out theres a possibility of you being stuck or working later.
