Pros

Although the pay is low, it’s still a job. That’s a pro, I guess.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Everyone with any talent leaves. Everyone who stays can’t get a job somewhere else. VPs with no experience. No direction or strategy. Terrible pay for specialty positions.

Your feedback is important to us. SERV has been experiencing turnover due to a nationwide staffing shortage in healthcare. While we work to recruit highly skilled individuals to provide compassionate care to the individuals we serve, we remain deeply invested in retaining our current employees. Our executive team strives to provide a positive and supportive professional environment. In addition to providing highly competitive wages and benefits and employee wellness initiatives, SERV offers a generous Tuition Reimbursement Program and professional development opportunities. We want SERV staff to build rewarding careers within SERV and the behavioral health landscape. We constantly strive to improve and would value additional feedback. Please get in touch with our Compliance Hotline at (609) 662-3111, where you can leave an anonymous voicemail or contact our Human Resources team directly.
