Thank you for your comments and many years of service to our organization. SERV’s wages reflect industry and regional standards, and we recently made significant adjustments to staff salaries. SERV has experienced staffing issues due to a national shortage of healthcare workers. We know that reduced staffing puts additional stress on our team members. We are working to recruit qualified staff to alleviate the shortage, offering sign-on bonuses to attract staff and generous referral bonuses to SERV employees who refer candidates for open, full-time positions. We appreciate your feedback and service to the individuals in our care during your time with us.

Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

Cons

No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
