Pros
As someone's first job, I find that this company offers a flexible environment with the ability to work from home or come into the office or both, our boss has organically grown the company with amazing talents and opportunities. The company focuses on the Military and Veterans health sector and is an amazing way to gain experience. Some of the things I love most, about this company are: *Exposure to different project areas *Company has genuine emphasis on safe space for employees * Company provides regular communication, listens to and encourages new ideas, continually encouraging growth personally and professionally *Serve isn't just a bunch of random people that are co-workers but encompasses a family dynamic No company has it all figured out, especially when starting out, but the fact that SERVE embodies a culture focusing on their employees means a lot. I catch myself being very thankful for being part of the SERVE family and giving me the opportunity to explore and grow.
Cons
As a growing company, there will obviously be a lot of turnovers such as updating technology, keeping up with procedures, handling difficult clients. Things are always evolving, and it's very important to remember the bigger picture. As a growing company there are hurdles however, we also define the future with the role we play.
