Pros
I have been working at the SERVE Advisory Group for more than a year now and I can honestly say it has been rewarding. In these challenging pandemic times, the remote workforce has been treated well. My pay exceeds similar roles across the National Capital Region and the company is keen to ensure staff is paid in recognition of the work put in. There are real opportunities for self-development/professional training, and seen others having $$ invested in their development.
The pandemic has really shown the company in its true light. I felt supported over the last two years, great team members, and care packages that are sent out to employees, not just for bdays, but also in times of illness, family members and employees, to home addresses, are incredibly thoughtful and tailored with a personal note inside.
We are going into the office a couple of times in a week now, and the provisions and safety precautions put in place across the workplace, made me feel safe at a time when I was at times a little anxious to even go out. My supervisor has been really supportive and ensures a productive work environment.
Cons
I feel like they are always recruiting. Hopefully, the company will attract more talented individuals and the business continues to grow in the next few months. I feel like I need to keep up with the industry as each client requires a focused solution.
