Pros
Extra pay on Sunday's and public holidays. No pressure to have a particular standard of customer service. Pay is slightly better then most other company's. Hard work ethic. Focus more on working hard and fast then spending time with customers.
Cons
Customers are really appalling & dirty, however varies from store to store. Odd requests from head office, eg once we were told to take the temperature of the store every day and send it to the head office. You are at benefit if you are Korean, most workers are all Korean. High pressure to make sales with no real incentive. You can't just instantly make $2000 more in a day just because we got sent an email to. You don't learn much about customer service.
