Somewhat stable environment - Senior Executive SES Government Solutions Employee Review

Recent merger/acquisition with Leonardo DRS basically doubled the headcount and capabilities of the combined organization. Virtually guaranteed growth and expansion going forward.

Little to none, maybe slight more holidays.

Decent Benefits COLA increases (if your boss likes you) Performance reviews are a joke.

Dysfunctional and sadistic senior leadership. I especially liked listening to Fields (you are valued pitch with Fogerty (Centerfield)playing in the background) at Town Halls right before he sticks the knife in your back. No Accountability within senior management. (reinforced by Fields and the entire SLT fraternity) They promote the entire senior management team and then follow with a RIF to reduce costs. (ridiculiously incompetent leadership) Many are button pushers who can't deliver a coherent thought. (layers upon layers of rubber stamp management.)
