Able to work on my schedule on my own time. No unnec pressure. Things get done as they can. I am respected and trusted to just do my job. Owner is always available if I have a problem and always willing to take time to explain things. EXCELLENT hourly pay and paid mileage. Clients of SES are awesome too. Management is honest and up front. You know where you stand and what is expected of you.

There are no bad things I can think of other than it is a contract position and no benefits. I would love to maybe go full time. Projects are not guaranteed so planning for down time in between projects is a must for individual contractors.
