      Pros

      The business owner has a good understanding of how to work with different employees and wants the best for them. Friendly office culture. Work on a variety of different projects. Was overall good experience in terms of my skillset.

      Cons

      Management can feel reactive at times, could use improvement here.

      The owner is involved, engaged and cares about his employees.

      Cons

      It's a busy workplace, lots to do, and the work comes in waves. Though management and leadership are always there to support.

      Pros

      Good values and vibe. Good networking opportunities. Owner is inspirational and really tries to get the best out of people.

      Cons

      Some management staff have lost contact with employees. Training is not very structured and sometimes feels chaotic. Salaries not extremely competitive.
