Cons
Administration and management only look out for each other, outside of work they go on vacations with each other and promote/hire only their friends. Therefore no accountability and very toxic environment . HR is by far the worst I have ever dealt with - never answers or follow through. It is only about money for administrators, not about patients. Been in healthcare for over 2 decades and I would not recommend anyone go there if they are needing care. Honestly it was embarrassing working there.
