      It is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the managers are reasonable and there is usually plenty to do. All are encouraged to be cross trained in related disciplines. It is primarily a testing laboratory and work flow varies among the departments.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
