Pros
Not sure if there is an pros, there are some nice people around but they are also affected by micromanagement. Projects are good and good people are keep living if they follow two people rules in the project.
Cons
SGS IT department needs a lot of improvement, SGS has won a couple of good projects but their management is terrible, depending on a couple of people for making a decision. Forget happiness and growth, bad office politics
