      Staff are good to work for, many knowledgeable people willing to help

      Cons

      Senior management not visible and a lack making decisions. When decisions are made they don't always think of the impact they will have on staff. Too many "senior" managers and managers.

      Too much time training. Management team at the time. Not able to have flexibility with quotes and make money.
