      The experienced people and the mentor ship they provide. The senior staff have great experience and understand their responsibility to mentor and lead the least experienced staff

      Large company with too many procedures and protocols that suffocated decision making and individual talents. The red tape was a barrier to doing business. Many customers become frustrated with our inflexibility regarding their issues

      Market leader in its field, ample training opportunities, high growth rate, room for opportunity inside and outside original position, executive management is as open as I've experienced at a company, leadership is accessible when needed

      Cons

      Lean staffing that at times can prove to be detrimental, salary schedule does not appear to match up to similar jobs elsewhere.
