Pros
In the years that I've been here, everyone has worked hard for their clients, but aren't afraid to push back when requests are unreasonable--that's hard to find in a service-driven industry. They're creative, smart and accepting . They really let your individual personalities shine, whether you're a film geek, sports fan or fashionista.
Another pro: the leadership team takes the time to educate people, and is willing to listen to any grievances. This was definitely not the case in my previous job. I couldn't even bring up the issues I had, let alone find a resolution for it.
It's a great culture and environment overall--office and team outings are insanely fun (we've gone to Six Flags, a speakeasy, cooking class, etc.) and lots of celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Amazing health plan, too.
