Good training, above averaged packages, friendly work environment, opened communication environment.

Nothing really bad. Love this company overall. Many employees have stayed until retirement.

Benefits, pay, summer and christmas breaks, bonuses, team building activities, tuition reimbursement and other perks, pretty chill job considering it is FDA regulated, it is rare for employees to get fired: laziness gets rewarded (it no my yob!).

Favoritism, lack of teamwork, promotion is based off previous employees quitting and roles being filled internally, no employee diversity, micro-management, unqualified employees, too many meetings and not enough action, manual work processes, constant changes in work instructions, constant issues with planning, QC, and operations.
