Thorough onboarding - Recruitment Consultant SIBLING Employee Review

I started with no recruitment experience and I was impressed by the training that was provided throughout the first weeks and months. You get to learn the role little by little without the unnecessary pressure that is often present in entry-level roles in London. The working environment is welcoming and there is great flexibility with remote working. The best thing is career opportunities that are very transparent from day one and reachable for everyone. I have been very happy to be able to reach my career goals by being promoted twice in a short period of time. The commission structure is also so much better than many other recruitment companies in London or in the UK. Huge bonus for free barista-level coffee and cute dogs in the office!

I enjoyed working at Sibling Recruitment. They have a great ongoing training from day 1, great support and amazing team. I could easily extend my lunch time to go to the near by gym and also had an opportunity to work from home. It was nice to get recognition of our work and be rewarded for it individually and as a team (e.g. we went to The Pem restaurant and Royal Ascot this year). There is also a career growth and I appreciate the opportunities I was presented with.
