Pros
Good health benefits (for now). There are truly great people in the organization. Decent brand recognition.
Cons
SICK used to be a great company. Things have badly deteriorated in the last 2-3 years. There have been a multitude of poor upper management decisions that have driven the company into a bad position. I wish I could go into detail, but I obviously cannot. Other than to say current upper management is making it far worse. They have also resorted to cracking the micromanagement whip. People are leaving. Some are being fired. Morale is in the gutter. I really hope things get better, but it seems the bad decisions are merely resulting in more bad decisions. Upper management is nothing but a group of people patting each other on the back.
