Trying to find any Pros but really there's NOTHING
Cons
During my time at the company which is three months, I observed several areas where the company could improve.
-Firstly, there was a significant level of micromanagement from the CEO in areas beyond business-related matters, which impacted the autonomy of employees.
-In the commercial team, it was concerning that no one received any commission, even though targets were often met or exceeded. This issue wasn’t due to a lack of effort from the team but rather because the targets were not achievable, or even when met, the response was that it was normal and not deserving of commission. This led to prolonged periods where no one in the team received any commission.
-Additionally, there was a lack of clear growth plans or strategies, leading to stagnation in the number of orders over several years.
-Finaly, the high turnover rate and low morale due to toxic work culture across all departments, from agents to HR, highlighted challenges with the company culture. I believe that addressing these areas could greatly benefit the overall work environment.
