Favoritism and no diversity - Senior Associate SIFMA Employee Review

A lot of favoritism and management and HR can't be trusted. It's almost cruel and they are very untrusting of employees. There is no trust among employees and it stems from HR. Poor management, a lot of favoritism, no diversity in management positions, cruel HR and paranoid management.
