Cons
When I started working at SIGMA-RH, the team was smaller, and there was a stronger emphasis on employee development and understanding. At that time, it was enjoyable to work at SIGMA-RH. Unfortunately, poor leadership led to a complete shift in how I viewed the company. Issues raised by teams or individuals were not addressed, and micromanagement became increasingly prevalent, creating frustration and making it difficult to work effectively. In their eagerness to hire, favoritism emerged among employees, which resulted in a lack of direct communication with leadership. Everything had to go through one individual, who often distorted the original issue. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed.
