Pros
The employees are friendly, most are hard working and very helpful. Wonderful flexibility (dependent upon your position). Potential for growth of employee skills (dependent upon your position). Bright intelligent employees and Managers.
Cons
Leadership appears to be out of touch with the employees and the Management team. Changes are made without understanding the actual job that is performed. Managers are moved within the company quite often which results in departments not operating within their full potential and make the atmosphere chaotic. Pay is not equal to the staff experience, raises are very low and rare, if given it is stated the company is not for profit so they are unable to afford a larger increase. However new staff with less experience are hired in at a higher rate of pay. Majority of the staff are women. Women are highly undervalued in the company and do not receive the recognition they deserve and are not taken seriously. Many departments are understaffed and held to high standards for timeliness, which cause many to be overworked, cause errors and creates a tense unhappy environment.
