SIS has intelligent teams that work hard for our clients and we work well together. The hard work is recognized and the value brought to clients is appreciated by both the SIS Management team and the clients. Information is generously shared without internal competition which allows for great collaboration. We have an interesting and diverse client base that we work with, and as consultants we each have area specialties that allow us to bring our expertise to the table, while encouraged to cross-train in other areas we are interested in. There is a work-life balance that exists as a flexible schedule as long as you are meeting your deadlines. I am proud to be part of the SIS team!
Cons
We have some growing pains which is expected; however, that growth, has brought improvements and an understanding that we are a work in progress that will continue to improve and expand with the changing climate and market.
