Pros
Company Culture - They stay true to the company culture. It’s not just words on paper; every member embodies the culture they live by. Members and clients love them for it.
Work Recognition - The best thing you can hear in a day is “thank you,” and they give it often. However, they don’t compromise on quality. There’s always a “but it would be better if...” just in case you fall short. It’s sweet and honest.
Involvement and Belonging - When I was new, I sometimes felt lacking and made mistakes. They would tell me right then and there how much my work meant to them and what I could have done better. In the best way possible, they convey that I am needed and that leveling up would benefit them too. If that doesn’t give you a sense of belonging, I don’t know what will.
Pays You Well - They pay you well and acknowledge the work you do. Yes, there may be other companies that offer more, but the good pay and the best people around me make it worthwhile.
Trust in Leadership - The CEO and Supreme Commander of Six has my utmost respect. He’s a capable leader who embodies the core values of the company. His words carry weight in both meaning and action. He always presents the truth to members and clients, allowing you to acknowledge any inconvenience it may bring, but he promises to lead you to the best results.
Cons
I don’t see a downside yet. I’ve worked with many companies before, but Six is the best there is. And if any issues do arise, I believe it wouldn’t be a problem to discuss them with management. I’m confident they’d be open to working out a compromise.
