Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits. Vacation/personal time was not good at all for the first few years that I worked there however it was changed in 2017 to make it more competitive with similar companies.

Cons

Terrible management practices! Bad management was rewarded and even though SKF’s “official” policy was that retaliation was not tolerated in reality it wasn’t only tolerated but encouraged! Don’t count on help from HR at least some individuals in HR. Also the corporate compliance hotline is a joke if you report this type of behavior. Specific violations were reported and never investigated at least this was my experience.

Pros

Great benefits, 8% 401,k match, great health insurance

Cons

They do not pay men and women equal, they pay new hires more, they won't upgrade systems and expect employees to work 12+ hour days for close due to so many system limitations and the "robots" they have to post JEs are the bane of all accountants.... Why we have to wait 2-8 hours for a JE to post is a joke. Their work around is to have someone in another country work even longer hours to post it manually....you are a machine not a person to them.
