Pros
SKF is very good in People and People policies. No much tension in leaves, food convince and all other amenities .
Cons
SKF is only good in the above mentioned subjects. People is most of the factories are young. driving the factory the way the like. senior people are are left and company paid no attention or did not worked to get them back. Company is not doing very good in business perspective. It is flat company. No growth opportunities there.
