Pros
None at all, just an awful place to work at.
Cons
1. Horrible tech stack implementations - Complex systems (such as event sourcing) with poor implementations. They want to implement all the cutting-edge tech instead of traditional systems but have poor implementations leading to a lot of production alerts and a cumbersome codebase 2. Below average salary 3. Top-down culture - needs people who keep quiet and follow orders 4. Poor leadership - No vision, the product offering is worse than competitors with no clear path to profitability 5. Perks - No extra perks other than salary, none at all 6. Empathy - The leadership has poor people skills and has an utter lack of empathy for employees. This is reflected in a lot of decisions here such as overworking employees, making fake promises, fake promoting employees to interim positions for months on end with no increase in salary 7. Lot of favoritism from leadership 8. No career progression 9. The company wants to save costs everywhere they can, so don't expect even a $ above your salary in form of perks ,etc when you join
