Pros
Great culture, good people, many professionals throughout the business, very diverse, lots of career opportunities. You'd be hard pressed to find a COO who is higher quality with strong empathy although very focused on getting the best from the business (as at Oct23).
Cons
Ethical considerations with gambling - although they try hard to keep people safe, but don't always succeed.
