      Pros

      Training is paid and thorough. Everyone is really nice. Great union presence. Good perks, usually good meals in the canteen.

      Cons

      By nature of the industry, the hours are difficult. The legal requirements of the role are quite restrictive (no tips, a lot of behaviour and process is regulated by law).

      Pros

      Skycity cares about stuffs; working at a really stunning town; it's not 24 hours open, so less pressure; free training to start the professional work;

      Cons

      Night-shift is not good for health; as a dealer, have to spend years of years to be promoted; company benefit for dealer is not good.

      Nice people. The convention centre hosts different events so the requirements of the job are always changing.

      Terribly pay and benefits.
