Salary was not credited for 4 months, which is completely unacceptable and caused severe financial stress. Management lacks professionalism and transparency. There is no proper communication regarding salary delays. No structured management system in place. No formal training sessions or employee development programs. Career growth opportunities are very limited. Employee concerns are not addressed seriously.

Lack of Proper Training and management

My experience with SL Business Solutions was disappointing. Although the joining letter stated salary would be credited on the 10th of each month, payments were consistently delayed to the 20th–25th. Moreover, I received only two months’ salary, and my December salary remains unpaid despite repeated follow-ups. Lack of professionalism and poor payroll management. I would advise job seekers to clarify salary terms clearly before joining.
