SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We agree that SLAC is doing some really exciting science, and appreciate the expertise and partnership of our engineering staff in making it happen. While we can’t always control the ebb and flow of project volume, it’s important to keep communicating with your manager about workload so they can help prioritize your work. We also have resources you can tap into, e.g. the Stanford Faculty Staff Help Center or the BeWell program. National labs are complex environments with many stakeholders and partners, and SLAC is actively looking at ways to simplify processes and tools to make it easier to get things done. You can learn more about these efforts on the Lab Strategy website (found via SLAC Today) and we welcome feedback and input via YourVoice.
