Pros
Being a large multi national, Schlumberger has a large infrastructure with good support mechanisms. Coming in from an acquired company, when times were good we were treated well.
Cons
As soon as times turned bad, we were among the first let go as we weren't really "Blue." They have a long institutional memory and generally have a if its not the way we do it, its not the right way attitude which hinders there adaptability.
