      Pros

      When money is good there are plenty of perks that go above what you find in most companies. The benefits starting benefits are very strong. Lots of vacation, competitive pay, 401k and DSPP.

      Cons

      You're literally just a number to the upper management no matter how hard you work or how much impact you have on a local level.
