Benefits are Ok, close to average. Vacation allowance lower than average.
Cons
Does not stay true to its policies and values. Our Houston based team was mandated to work in Houston during hurricane Harvey, when the city was on evacuation notice. Employees could not leave without fear of repercussion. Overall lack of leadership among all levels of management, lack of development and false promises were main reasons for leaving.
