Pros
Compensation is good (if you are an international staff). If you are a performer, you will see yourself move up the ladder really fast. The culture is largely meritocratic.
Cons
Being in the service industry, the pressure to perform on clients' projects translates to a very tough work environment. Employees work long periods (usually compensated for extra hours), work harder than peer companies, and could get burnt out in a few years.
