Pros
Good trainings ae available. Most of people are very had working. Some employees are very academically techinical and some projects are a differentiator.
Cons
Too much work....usually 1 employee handles the amount of 2 or more people tasks. Salary is not so good. Local management is pretty young.....typically 12 hours work on weekly days.
