Good place to work - Dispatcher SLH Transport Employee Review

Although I have only been in my role here for for a short time, the organization has been very welcoming and offered a lot of support during a transitional phase for not only myself but as well the organization. I would like to add that the "open door policy" is really a and truly and open door policy all the way to the top management levels. It is a great work environment which seems to understand family obligations.

co-workers, flexible schedule , rate of pay

very low morale, benefits declining over past 10 years. No pay raises in last 7 years , dwindling staff, current ones asked to do more and more , CEO is smug, makes an appearance maybe once or twice a year to update staff.
